Cholila se prepara para celebrar la Fiesta Nacional del Asado
En la localidad chubutense de Cholila se preparan para celebrar una vez más la Fiesta Nacional del Asado. El tradicional evento, donde cocinarán unos 250 corderos y 30 novillos, tendrá lugar los días 2, 3 y 4 de febrero y es esperado con buenas expectativas.
Según informaron sus organizadores a Télam, esta edición se decidió hacer la mitad de corderos y novillos porque hay entre un 40% y un 50% menos de gente que otros años. Más allá de ello, en la zona todos están entusiasmados por la realización de este evento que se desarrollará como cada año en El Morro de la localidad cordillerana.
Durante la semana de la celebración hay mucho movimiento turístico en Cholila y este “es uno de los motivos más importantes de hacer la fiesta, se mueve mucho la economía del lugar, de la comarca, ya que mucha gente se hospeda en los pueblos vecinos», destacó el intendente Silvio Boudargham.
La Fiesta ya cuenta con los artistas, el sonido, la carne, la leña y se está preparando el predio. La porción de asado tendrá un valor de entre 5.000 y 8.000 pesos, aproximadamente, y de ahí podrán comer dos personas.
En las próximas semanas se irán conociendo más detalles de esta celebración que todos los años recibe gran cantidad de visitantes de diferentes partes de la provincia y del país.
