La Cultura de Fiesta: Encuentro Nacional de Patrimonio Vivo
Comenzó la convocatoria, atención estudiantes, profesores, educadores, investigadores, artistas, trabajadores de la cultura del ámbito público y privado, ONG y organizaciones intergubernamentales, organizaciones de la sociedad civil, comunidades y público en general de todo el país ya está abierta la convocatoria para esta actividad que se celebrará el 12 y 13 de agosto en el Centro Cultural Kirchner. Conoce todos los detalles.
El Primer Encuentro Nacional de Patrimonio Vivo, organizado por la Subsecretaría de Cultura Pública y Creatividad del Ministerio de Cultura de la Nación, a cargo de la Dra. María Elena Troncoso (foto), y auspiciado por la Unesco, propondrá el 12 y 13 de agosto, en el Centro Cultural Kirchner, diferentes modalidades de participación referidas al Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial (PCI). Además participarán de la actividad la TV Pública, INCAA y Canal Encuentro.
¿Qué es el Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial?, son las manifestaciones culturales vigentes y significativas para quienes las reconocen como propias, que solo se viabilizan y recrean a través de las personas que las practican y las transmiten de generación en generación. Este vínculo con la acción y los sentidos vivos admite definirlo también como Patrimonio Vivo, noción que permite enfatizar el aspecto dinámico y creativo de estas manifestaciones.
Dado que el reconocimiento, expresión y promoción de la diversidad cultural es un derecho de los pueblos y que, en el país, existe una gran riqueza y variedad de manifestaciones culturales, se torna necesario generar un espacio de discusión federal y democrático que promueva el diálogo entre los diferentes actores sociales que hacen a este patrimonio.
En el marco de un Estado que reconoce el vínculo entre derechos humanos, diversidad cultural y desarrollo sustentable, se realiza el Primer Encuentro Nacional de Patrimonio Vivo convocando a comunidades, investigadores, estudiantes, artistas, gestores culturales y organizaciones de la sociedad en general, a contribuir al diálogo entre culturas, promover el conocimiento y respeto hacia las distintas prácticas culturales.
Entre los objetivos del encuentro, se destacan conocer el estado de la cuestión en los ámbitos provincial, nacional y regional; identificar necesidades de salvaguardia y las posibles medidas por implementar; discutir metodologías, técnicas e instrumentos oportunos; delinear políticas de salvaguardia y definir lineamientos para un Plan Nacional de Patrimonio Vivo.
